For a recent bottling division conference at Caesars Palace, we provided over 2,000 square feet of custom staging to support multiple LED wall screens for awards and presentations. The multilevel stage, complete with custom upstage access and large wing sections to support a master set piece, was designed to impress and function seamlessly.

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

CHALLENGE: Advanced Staging Productions was tasked with organizing a high-profile conference at Caesars Palace. The event required over 2,000 square feet of custom staging to support multiple LED wall screens for awards and presentations. The staging setup had to be multilevel with custom upstage access, utilizing four stair sets for entry and exit. Additionally, large wing sections were required on both stage left and right to support a video wall as part of the master set piece. The challenge was further heightened by a tight schedule, limited dock time, and coordination with a crew of three dozen union stage and lighting professionals.

SOLUTION: Smartstage partnered with Advanced Staging Productions to deliver a flawless event. Here’s how we contributed:



• Custom Staging Solution: Over 2,000 square feet of custom, multilevel staging was provided, complete with upstage access and large wing sections to enhance the event's visual and functional aspects.
