Nexus Productions, renowned for their innovative and large-scale events, recently collaborated with Smartstage to deliver an extraordinary showcase for the Abu Dhabi Jiu-Jitsu Association's 2024 US Open, hosted at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

CHALLENGE: For this event, Nexus Productions needed a unique staging solution. They envisioned a 12-foot-wide by 16-foot-long sloped ramp made from Smartstage's industry-leading staging decks. The ramp extended out from the front of the stage, creating a platform for performers and participants to move seamlessly from stage to floor. What made this design stand out was the full LED coverage across both the stage and ramp, with LED panels fitted perfectly to the dimensions of the staging decks. This allowed for synchronized visuals, transforming the event into a vibrant, immersive experience.

SOLUTION: Smartstage’s expertise came into play with the addition of single-leg staging, which was essential in creating a sloped ramp with reach to the floor. This system provides stability and flexibility, while allowing for a flawless integration of the stage and ramp. The result?
