GOOGLE:  At the "Google Cloud Next" event hosted at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, our team designed and pre-assembled a full ADA stage access ramp system inside the client's warehouse - allowing the client’s activation team to test and approve the entire setup in advance. Once approved, our crew disassembled and packed the full system for easy transport. At the show site, we reassembled the custom-built ADA ramps to augment an existing stage, supporting a flawless production experience with multiple switch-back configurations tailored to fit the footprint.

AMAZON:  Smartstage provided similar ADA accessibility ramp kits for Amazon Web Services (AWS) and their AWS re:Invent 2025 conference at Caesar’s Forum in Las Vegas, building out a professionally-aesthetic entry system in the outdoor courtyard event space. Our indoor / outdoor, all-weather-resistant stage accessibility ramps allowed for safe and compliant ingress and egress while blending into the aesthetics of the event activation. Our client (and their client) couldn't have been happier with the result.

UFC: For UFC’s UFC X event at the LVCC (Las Vegas Convention Center), we deployed four separate ADA ramp kits, each one built using our customizable modular ramp components designed for quick assembly, maximum durability, and stage kit integration.
