Renowned for creating the world’s largest Christmas light maze, Enchant Christmas needed multi-site staging solutions to enhance their holiday experience across multiple locations, including Las Vegas Ballpark, Resorts World in Las Vegas, and Dallas Fair Park in Texas.

With multiple outdoor sites requiring simultaneous installations, Enchant needed a partner who could engineer, fabricate, and execute with precision while overcoming weather-related and logistical hurdles. And Smartstage delivered!

EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

CHALLENGE:  The challenge was twofold... constructing elevated viewing platforms to allow guests to fully take in the breathtaking light displays and designing outdoor theater stages that could support live performances and lighting equipment in various environments. The Las Vegas Ballpark location presented a particularly unique challenge - integrating a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing solution that could transition from a raised area with a pool down into the ballpark field.

SOLUTION:  Smartstage stepped in with a custom-engineered staging and viewing platform system that seamlessly integrated into Enchant’s dazzling holiday experience. This included:

• Custom Viewing Platforms – Built using scaffolding and custom node connections for deck support, providing stable and secure elevated areas for guests to view the full light maze.

• Multi-Site Portable Stages – Designed to support theater performances and lighting, utilizing lighting truss, fast-fold frames, and modular deck configurations for maximum adaptability.

• Las Vegas Ballpark Innovation – A custom-built access system incorporating stairs, ramps, and decking solutions that safely and efficiently transitioned guests from the raised pool area down into the baseball field.

• All-Weather Durability – Every element was designed to withstand outdoor conditions across all locations, delivering a safe and reliable structure for the duration of the event.

The modular nature of our 4' x 8' decks, our easily-transportable custom aluminum stairs, scaffolding, and our 3', 4', and 8' guardrails allowed for rapid deployment across multiple locations while maintaining the structural integrity and premium aesthetics expected at this world-class event.
