When Fudale Events envisioned their exclusive F1 event at the prestigious Eiffel Tower Restaurant in the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas, they aimed to deliver a one-of-a-kind experience worthy of the venue’s luxurious reputation.

Central to their vision was a custom-built stage that not only embodied elegance and sophistication but also conformed to the unique physical challenges of the space. The location, perched high above the bustling Las Vegas Strip, presented formidable obstacles: confined floor space, restrictive ceiling heights, and the logistical challenge of transporting every piece of the stage through the restaurant's delicate all-glass elevator.

Faced with these demands, Fudale Events turned to SmartStage to engineer a solution that would seamlessly combine form and function. EVENT HIGHLIGHTS

CHALLENGE:  Fudale Events set out to host an exclusive Formula One event at the Eiffel Tower Restaurant in the Paris Hotel, Las Vegas—a venue that presented a unique set of challenges. The restaurant’s confined floor space, restrictive ceiling height, and the need to transport all stage components through a delicate all-glass elevator created logistical hurdles that seemed insurmountable. To further complicate matters, the design needed to seamlessly integrate with the luxurious ambiance of the venue while remaining highly functional and visually pristine.

SOLUTION:  SmartStage rose to the occasion with a fully custom modular stage design tailored specifically for the space and the event’s high-end aesthetic. The stage featured a sleek circular layout with a precise 10’ x 18” cutout to accommodate structural elements. Built-in stairs added accessibility without compromising elegance, while the stage’s vinyl rolling sides replaced traditional skirting to provide a modern, polished finish. Every component was crafted with modular wood construction to fit perfectly into the restaurant’s glass elevator, providing a flawless transport process. The pristine white finish elevated the overall sophistication of the stage, creating a stunning focal point for the F1 event.

DELIVERY:  Upon arrival, the SmartStage team efficiently navigated the tight space, calmly addressing the logistical challenges and assembling the stage on-site with precision and professionalism.
