That said, when Honda Motor's team wanted to showcase their electric concept cars at the Las Vegas Convention Center's CES event, they enlisted Smartstage to help plan, design, and provide logistics support to bring their media event the attention it deserved. Honda was able to land two 6m (19ft) revolving stages - complete with data slip rings, DMX and wireless control, onboard power, and sub-9 cabling. They were also able to source all of their media coverage / viewing platform staging from us, including multi-level camera risers, stairs, and railing, as well as TV truss stands with truss sleeves for their monitors.

The massive 84' x 46' rounded modular main stage with a custom stage staircase (117' x 46' overall footprint), the beautiful 48' x 40' modular multilevel Innovation Lounge staging, a custom posh, white vinyl cosmetic flooring, and rounded melamine stage skirting all greeted this year's audience... setting the bar for a stellar conference.

When Formula 1 kicked off in Las Vegas, we helped the Platinum Hotel & Casino  with a rooftop party space. Our team not only had the compact staging hardware, but the knowhow to traverse the tight hallways and small elevators leading to the ideal view above. Our team was tasked with designing and assembling the ideal viewing platform... and we delivered. Working with The Platinum Hotel vision, guests were invited to enjoy an end-to-end view of the racetrack atop one of our off-the-shelf, portable modular stage kit packages, complete with safety railing, tabletops, and a truss structure framing the auxiliary, televised view of the race.

CELEBRITY BRAND EVENTS

Smartstage designs and manufactures unique, out-of-the-box event stages like ASAP Rocky's Puma pop-up. The event included a surprise visit from Rihanna and a lot of local enthusiasm for his new Puma partnership. Vegas is a big town and sometimes the action is off-strip. In this case, ASAP Rocky's team knew they wanted signage on top of the converted gas station and Smartstage delivered with our popular, rugged, and reliable 1.5 meter heavy-duty revolving platform. With variable speed controls, a wireless control, a load capacity of 2,000 lbs, and surface-mounted power, our turntables were helped put the cherry on top of the event.
